Curve products are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care resulting from the owner's abusive handling of the product. If your product is defective, return it to the dealer you purchased it from along with the original receipt. The dealer will return the product to us and after it has been checked over the product will either be repaired free of charge or replaced.

We love to hear your ideas. And we value your feedback on products. Your ideas and feedback help us to further develop more products that expand your options for getting to the surf better and protecting your gear. 

In order to avoid any misunderstandings please note that if you do submit any ideas or suggestions they will be deemed as the property of Curve to use or develop as we see fit.
